The lithium ion battery charger 42V 3A is suitable for use on 10S cell 36V rechargeable battery pack of size 12AH or larger, which is well configured to prevent overcharge, features an automatic cut off when the battery charging cycle is complete to highly reduce fire hazard. Should the batteries discharge to 38.4V the charger automatically reactivates the charge circuit to bring the batteries back to full charge.
The 36 volt lithium battery charger 36V 3A has been certified to the safety standards mandatory including UL1012 Power Units Other Than Class 2, The Canadian Standard for Battery Charger, CAN/CSA C22.2 No.107.2-01, TUV/EN60335-1/ 2-29 and AS/NZS60335-1/ 2-29 Household and similar electrical appliances - Particular requirements for battery chargers. The 36V lithium charger is also compliant to EN 55014-B and FCC Class B for radiated and conducted emissions and the IEC 61000-4 immunity and IEC 61000-3-2 harmonic current standards.

When charger is disconnected from the mains, or battery is fully charged, a relay is used to automatically disconnect the charger from the batteries, to prevent the battery from flowing back (Backfeed).
U-shaped heat sinks which fit perfectly with the housing, dissipate heat in an effective way to ensure the charger with long life span.
The 36 volt Lithium ion battery recharger works with safety and low noise. With the application of soft start technology, the output is spark free.
